Terms of Purchase, Delivery & Right of Withdrawal



Payment

You can pay using:

  • Kustom
  • Swish (Swedish customers only)
  • Credit or debit card via PayPal
  • Cash on delivery (Sweden only)
  • Advance bank transfer

Customers outside Sweden may also pay by international bank transfer.

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).



Shipping

Free shipping on orders over SEK 1,000.

Orders below SEK 1,000 are charged according to our current shipping rates.

A handling fee of SEK 50 applies if Cash on Delivery is selected.



Prices

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT (25%), unless otherwise stated.



Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched so that they arrive within approximately one week.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays and vacation periods. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We normally ship using PostNord tracked services, ensuring that your parcel can be followed throughout the delivery process.



Right of Withdrawal

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our Cancel Purchase page or contact us by email at info@tintinhallding.se. Please include your order number to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request by email.

Returning your order

Returned items must be sent back without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

The product should be returned well packaged and in substantially unchanged condition. The customer is responsible for the goods until they have safely reached us.

We are happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label by email. The return shipping cost is depending on parcel weight, will be charged to the customer.

If you arrange the return shipment yourself, you are responsible for the parcel until it has been delivered to us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price, including any original shipping costs where required by applicable law, within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made or customised according to the customer's individual specifications.

Examples include:

  • Custom-made jewellery
  • Bespoke engagement and wedding rings
  • Jewellery with personal engraving
  • Products altered or manufactured according to the customer's wishes

Exchanges

We normally offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is returned unused, in substantially unchanged condition and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

Please contact us before returning the item and include a copy of your invoice or delivery note.

Returns sent Cash on Delivery will not be accepted.



Unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, any costs incurred will be charged to the customer. For Cash on Delivery shipments, this fee is SEK 300.



Warranty

We provide a two-year warranty on our products from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and provided that the jewellery has been cared for according to our care instructions.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including:

  • Scratches
  • Natural oxidation of silver
  • Damage caused by water to sensitive materials
  • Damage caused by misuse or abnormal wear


Transport damage

If your parcel has been damaged during transport, please notify the carrier immediately and then contact us.



Orders outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union are supplied without Swedish VAT.

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
